Shipping Policy:

All items are shipped in 10-15 business days from receipt of order unless noted. Allow 15-30 days on custom orders. All orders are F.O.B Medford, Oregon. Standard shipping is UPS/FED EX ground unless customer states they would like 2nd or 3rd day delivery. 2nd and 3rd day delivery will have additional charges. Due to size and weight of some items additional shipping charges will be required.

Return Policy:

Damaged or broken items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of items. If the item is damaged in route to you, we will issue a "call tag" or "return shipment" pick up and will send you a replacement.
